Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Moen account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the unused items in their original Moen box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned fixtures, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
